Overview

Founded in 1974, PSB Paris School of Business is a European elite Grande Ecole management school that combines academic excellence, international awareness, and professional experiences. PSB is now a prestigious AACSB accredited school, joining the top 5% most successful business schools worldwide.

Summer Program Details

  • Option 1: Luxury Brand Management (3 units): Participate in an in-depth, up-to-date study of the luxury industry
  • Option 2: Doing Business & Entrepreneurship in Europe (3 units): Develop essential skills for a career in management and entrepreneurship

As part of the summer program, students have experiential learning opportunities, visiting start-up incubators, attending entrepreneurship meet-ups, or getting a behind-the-scenes look at company and concept stores in the luxury industry.

  • June 29 to July 10, 2020* (Dates subject to change)

Cost

  • The tuition for each 3-unit class is $1,125 ($375 per unit). Additional expenses include airfare, accommodations, and personal expenses.
  • Expenses vary depending on lifestyle abroad, although PSB recommends budgeting $1,100 to $1,700 for each month you plan on staying in Paris. This includes the cost of accommodation, but not flight.

Eligibility

  • Cumulative GPA: 2.5 or above
  • Classification: Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors
  • Academic Requirements: 1 year of college-level business OR 2 years of college-level studies outside of business

Application

Students must complete a CSUCI Summer Application first at https://www.csuci.edu/international/study-abroad/summer-programs/index.htm. If selected as a nominee, students will then be directed to complete PSB's summer application.

Location

Paris, France's capital, is a major European city and global center for art fashion, gastronomy, and culture. Its 19th century cityscape is crisscrossed by wide boulevards and the River Seine. Beyond such landmarks as the Eiffel Tower, the city is known for its cafe culture and designer boutiques along the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
