Biography

Paul began his journey into Institutional Research in June of 2017 at Northern Michigan University and joined CI’s Institutional Research team in September of 2019. Much of his current work focuses on collecting, analyzing, and tracking post graduate outcomes data to study student success after graduation. Paul also coordinates and assists with IPEDS reporting and supported student affairs from July 2021 until their new analyst was hired in December. Paul previously taught a Sociology Statistics course at CI in the Spring of 2020.

To further supplement analyses and assessments of various initiatives and programming efforts at CI, Paul is interested in integrating additional forms of inferential statistics into some of his future IR work. He is also interested in opportunities for collaboration across campus and opportunities to bring new forms of data to action.

Paul enjoys spending time with his two children, road trips, and coming up with fun things to do with his kids outside of work and school.
