The purpose of The Social Justice Center is to educate the campus community, specifically students, on issues of diversity and equity, while advocating for those who are historically underrepresented including, but not limited to, those who identify as Indigenous American, Asian American & Pacific Islanders, LGBTQ+, Assembly Bill (AB) 540, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA), or Undocumented. The Social Justice Center is committed to affirming and celebrating the unique heritage of our students through promoting awareness, understanding, and appreciation for all peoples and cultures.
