Oct. 19, 2022 – The last two Plot-a-Thon Lunch & Learn Workshops of the Fall semester will cover R and Python.
- Associate Professor of Economics Miguel Delgado Helleseter will present “R” on Tuesday, Oct. 25. Register and download instructions are available online.
- Assistant Professor of Computer Science Scott Feister will present “Python” on Wednesday, Nov. 2. Registration and download instructions are available online.
Both workshops will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Writing & Multiliteracy Center (Broome Library 2680). Free lunch is provided.
The workshops are open to students and faculty who want to learn to use data-visualization tools. Seating is limited, but people can also attend via Zoom. The workshops will be recorded and made available through the Plot-a-Thon Canvas Module.
Participants need to RSVP and download free versions of the tools by the day of the workshop. For more information, send an email to plotathon@csuci.edu.
