Nov. 6, 2023 – Help us celebrate International Education Week, Nov. 13-17!
The Center for International Affairs, International Programs/Study Abroad, Student Affairs, and the International Faculty and Staff Association have put together a number of events happening Tuesday through Thursday that week. These include information sessions for students for the Fulbright Scholarships, the Peace Corps, and the Peace Corps Prep program. Please see below for details.
- Tuesday, Nov. 14
- 11:30 a.m. Spring into Registration @ Foodie Tuesdays, Central Mall
- Noon: Peace Corps Prep Info Session, Del Norte 3540
- 4 to 5 p.m.: International Trivia Night
- Wednesday, Nov. 15
- Noon to 1 p.m.: La Tavola Italiana, Madera 2381
- 2 p.m.: Fulbright Scholarship Information, online
- 3 to 3:30 p.m.: Study Abroad presentation, Broome Library 1360
- Thursday, Nov. 16
- 10:45 a.m.: Webinar and Discussion- Torture, State Violence, and Political Prisoners: Exploring the Global Human Rights Movement, Broome Library 2480
- Noon to 2 p.m.: Film Screening, “Hi-Ho Mistahey,” Broome Library 1360 (refreshments will be served)
