At the heart of inclusive design is the idea that people experience learning environments differently, so it is our responsibility as educators to consider this in the planning and delivery of instruction. Digital learning components are now a lasting part of face-to-face courses, not just fully online ones.
We (in TLi) see this as an opportunity to ensure our digital content facilitates learning as intended, without inadvertently creating barriers to it.
