Shall the current Student Health Services Fee be increased by $35.00/student/semester over the course of the next two years (increasing the rate $20.00/student/semester in fall 2013, $15.00/student/semester fall 2014, and no increase in fall 2015), gradually raising the fee from the current rate of $60.00 to $95.00 beginning in fall 2014?

Shall the current Recreation and Athletics Fee be increased by $20.00/student/semester, raising the fee from the current rate of $50.00 to $70.00, beginning fall 2013?

Shall the current Associated Students Fee be increased by $13.00/student/semester over the course of the next three years (increasing the rate $5.00/student/semester in fall 2013, $5.00/student/semester in fall 2014, and $3.00/student/semester in fall 2015), gradually raising the fee from the current rate of $62.00 to $75.00 beginning fall 2015?

Shall the current Instructionally Related Activities Fee be increased by $10.00/student/semester over the course of the next three years (no increase in fall 2013, increasing the rate $5.00/student/semester in fall 2014, and $5.00/student/semester in fall 2015), gradually raising the fee from the current rate of $50.00 to $60.00 beginning fall 2015?

Shall the current Materials, Services, Facilities & Technology Fee be increased by $30.00/student/semester over the course of the next three years (increasing the rate $25.00/student/semester in fall 2013, no increase in fall 2014, and $5.00/student/semester in fall 2015), gradually raising the fee from the current rate of $35.00 to $65.00 beginning fall 2015?
