What are the Ventura Corporate Games?

The Corporate Games program is a business-to-business team sports competition for companies and organizations throughout Ventura, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara Counties. Teams are welcome to sign up to compete in a diverse line-up of activities, including pickleball, softball, cornhole, and much more.

The Corporate Games began in 1989 and is designed to build camaraderie and team spirit amongst professional work groups in a unique and friendly atmosphere. More info can be found at the City of Ventura's Corporate Games website.

Team Channel Islands at the Ventura Corporate Games

The 2026 Ventura Corporate Games are coming! The games will take place from March 21 to April 25, with events occuring during weekends and weekday evenings (after 5:00PM). Sign-up details and forms will be available in the coming weeks.

This year, events include: 5k, Ax Throwing, Basketball, Billiards - 8 Ball and 9 Ball, Bocce Ball, Bowling, Cornhole, Darts, E-Games, Flag Football, Golf, Kickball, Lazertag, Mini Golf, Pickleball, Sand Sculpture Contest, Six-A-Side Soccer - Co-Ed and Women's, Softball, Surfing, Table Games - Puzzles, Speed Chess, Speed Scrabble, and Yahtzee, Table Tennis, Texas Hold Em', Trivia, Tug-O-War, and Volleyball - Beach and Indoor.

This year's theme is Chasing Victory, Building Community.

  Team Unity Award

  The Team Unity Award was named in honor of a fellow City staff member, JD Probasco, whose love for the Corporate Games lives on through this distinguished award. Team Unity Events include Community Service, Photo Contest, T-Shirt Design Contest, and Sand Sculpture Contest. Teams must participate in three of the four activities to be eligible.
