Student Health Services (SHS) does not provide health insurance. Students are strongly encouraged to have an insurance policy that covers services beyond basic care.

SHS participates in the Family PACT program. If you qualify, Family PACT will cover most costs associated with Pap smears, STI testing and many birth control methods for both men and women.
You can now purchase low cost individual health insurance per the Affordable Care Act. Covered California is the California state marketplace.
