Jo Ann Samonte, F.N.P.
Jo Ann received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Philippine Women’s University. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Training at UCLA. Jo Ann has practiced in the Ventura County Medical System for the last 25+ years. In addition to working at CI Student Health Services, she works at the Casa Pacific Health Clinic in Camarillo.
Rosalind Ng, F.N.P.
Rosalind received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University Los Angeles. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Training at UCLA. Rosalind maintains a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her passion lies in assisting students with their health care goals and serving as an assistant clinical professor of nursing for UCLA.
Yazmin Acosta, Medical Assistant
Yazmin received her Medical Assistant certification in 2007 at Medical Career Services Institute in Oxnard. She has been working in the Ventura County medical system since 2008 and joined the CI Student Health Services staff in Fall 2009. Yazmin enjoys working in the medical field and finds that helping patients with their health needs is very rewarding.
