Q. What is Admitted Dolphin Day?
A. Admitted Dolphin Days is an opportunity for admitted incoming freshmen & transfers to learn about next steps in the enrollment process and receive an overview of the academic experience related to their major of study. Most of our sessions will held virtually this year but there will also be some available during our in-person event on April 13th.

Q. Is this an open house where I can come and go at any time?
A. Yes, you can attend any session you are interested in learning more about. We will offer multiple sessions, you would only need to attend it once. We will also have Admission Counselors available to help you navigate in completing all required admission steps.

Q. Do I have to be admitted to CSUCI in order to attend Admitted Dolphin Day?
A. Yes, you must have received an email offering you provisional admission as a new freshman or transfer in order to attend Admitted Dolphin Day.

Q. Is Admitted Dolphin Day the same as going to Orientation?
A. No, Admitted Dolphin Day is different from New Student Orientation (IVO). Orientation will be held in August.  Sessions during Orientation will help you prepare you to enroll in the fall.

Q. If I am unsure of whether or not to attend CSU Channel Islands, should I still attend?
A. Definitely. Our Admitted Dolphin Day is an excellent opportunity to determine whether or not CSU Channel Islands is a good fit for you as well as learn about next steps in the admission process.

Q. Can I join attend the in-person event with my parents or other relatives?
A. Yes, we encourage you to invite your parent(s) and or relatives to attend with you, just indicate the number of guests on the registration form.

Q. If I cannot attend this event, is there another time I can visit in-person to learn more?
A.
