Procurement and Contract Services(PCS)

Procurement and Contract Services facilitates purchasing goods and services, administering contracts, accounts payable, travel programs, and property functions.

PCS was established in January 2002.We are a small team of professionals dedicated to ensuring that the contract and purchasing authority delegated to CSUCI is effectively administered in accordance with the law and good business practices. We have been delegated purchasing authority to enter into purchases, services and contracts on behalf of the university. In doing so, we become the central resource for the campus community to source and obtain goods and services as quickly as possible.
