Introduction

Welcome to the CI Records Support Page.  CI currently utilizes the CSU Common Management System (CMS), a custom version of Oracle/PeopleSoft's Campus Solutions systems, as CI Records.

First-Time Login Instructions

Step-by-Step Process

If you are logging in for to myCI the first time you will need to activate your myCI account and create a unique password.  To do this, go to https://myci.csuci.edu/activate and follow the instructions located on the web page.

  1. In your web browser, go to https://myci.csuci.edu.
  2. Enter your Dolphin Name and Dolphin Password and click the sign-in button.
  3. Select the CI Records icon listed on the services icon page.
  4. Congratulations!  You are now at your default CI Records page.  The default CI Records page for students is the Student Center page, and for Faculty it is the Faculty Center page.

Adding Menu Navigation to your CI Records Home Page

The first time you log in to CI Records your home page will be blank.  To add the Left Facing Navigation Menu, and to add any additional content please follow these instructions:

  1. After logging in to CI Records, select the "Personalize Content" link on the top right of the home page.
  2. On the "Personalize Home Page" page, choose the Menu checkbox and save.
  3. Once saved the left facing navigation menu will appear.

Additionally, you may personalize your home page by selecting any of the other available options.
