GRADUATING STUDENTS:

Graduate candidates who would need disability-related accommodations to fully participate in Commencement should fill out the form by using the link below or by scanning the QR code:

Requests should be made with as much notice as possible but no later than two weeks before the ceremonies. We will strive to facilitate accommodation requests received after this date; however, accommodations may not be available without reasonable time to prepare.

NOTE: Certain requests may require students to attend Commencement Rehearsal

GUESTS:

Seating: There will be an area identified with flags designated as an ADA seating area for guests requesting wheelchair access. No more than (2) Support persons are permitted with individuals with a disability. No RSVP or check-in. Seating is first come.

Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services: The ceremony screens will include closed captioning and a picture-in-picture displaying ASL interpreter.
