The “BISC” Project (Boating Instruction and Safety Center) includes the construction of a new 13,000 square foot, two-story multi-purpose educational facility to be jointly operated by the University and the Ventura County Harbor Department. the project also includes a new handicap accessible dock for the CI sailing team.
