The 3rd floor of Del Norte has added two classrooms, a conference room, and a student lounge area to the existing Del Norte Classroom building. It is set to open for the Fall 2013 semester. The 3rd floor adds an additional 6,676 square feet to North Hall making the total for the building 23,431 square feet.
