Manzanita Hall Phase 1 will deliver 15 faculty office spaces in the currently unoccupied portion of the building.

Phase 1: $3,495,000
Phase 2: $3,750,000
Phase 3: $3,600,000
Project Schedule
Phase 1 was completed in 2021.
Phase 2 was completed in the summer 2023.
Phase 3 is scheduled to start construction late 2023.
Project Status
Phase 1 (first floor offices) is complete.
Phase 2 (second floor offices) is complete.
Phase 3 (main lobby and meeting spaces) will be completed in 2024.
