- Click the "Check out" icon 
 next to the page you want to send - Click the "PUBLISH" drop down menu
 - Click "Submit for Approval"
 - From the "To:" drop-down menu, select the user you'd like to send the page to
 - Enter a subject in the "Subject" field
 - Compose your message
 - You can choose whether or not to send an email to the user's external email account as well as within EchoCI by checking the "Send external email" box
 - When you're done, click "Send"
 - You'll receive a success message when the page has been sent
