1. Click the "Check out" icon Check out icon next to the page you want to send
  2. Click the "PUBLISH" drop down menu
  3. Click "Submit for Approval"
  4. From the "To:" drop-down menu, select the user you'd like to send the page to
  5. Enter a subject in the "Subject" field
  6. Compose your message
  7. You can choose whether or not to send an email to the user's external email account as well as within EchoCI by checking the "Send external email" box
  8. When you're done, click "Send"
  9. You'll receive a success message when the page has been sent
