Now in its third year, the conference is presented by the West Ventura County Business Alliance (WVCBA) in partnership with CSUCI. It is Ventura County’s only conference that serves as a powerful platform for empowering women and allies in business through keynote presentations, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, and thought-provoking discussions.

“We are thrilled to support this meaningful event that elevates women’s voices, shares leadership insights, and cultivates connections across sectors,” said Susan Andrzejewski, CSUCI Interim President. “This conference reflects our commitment to fostering community partnerships and advancing opportunities for women in business and beyond.”

“This year’s theme is Rising Together, highlighting stories of women who’ve overcome adversity to make an indelible impact on their businesses and communities,” says WVCBA President & CEO Andy Conli.

The 2026 conference features an inspiring lineup of nationally recognized leaders and innovators:

  • Sylvia Acevedo – Transformational leader, former CEO of Girl Scouts of the USA, and respected strategist with leadership experience at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Apple, Autodesk, Dell, and IBM.
