Oct. 21, 2022 - Basic Needs staff members will be available throughout campus Oct. 24 through 28 to help students and employees sign up for grocery assistance as part of CalFresh Outreach Week.
Staff will assist with eligibility screening and the application process and answer questions regarding CalFresh, a program that provides monthly benefits for grocery purchases, at the following times and locations:
- Broome Library on Monday, Oct. 24, from 9 to 11 a.m.
- Central Mall on Tuesday, Oct. 25, from 1 to 3 p.m.
- Parking lot behind Modoc Hall on Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 9 to 11 a.m.
- Central Mall on Thursday, Oct. 27, from 9 to 11 a.m.
- Harvest Fest near Modoc Hall on Friday, Oct. 28, from noon to 3 p.m.
- Dolphin Pantry in Arroyo Hall 114 every Monday through Friday from 1 to 6 p.m.
