April 14, 2023 — Employees should submit process improvements and efficiency savings their team has developed by June 15 for inclusion in an annual report and consideration for an award.
Organizational Effectiveness Specialist Brian Lindgren is collecting the information, which will automatically be entered for the 2023 Excellence in Efficiencies Award.
Changes can have made things easier for people in the campus community. This includes replacing an outdated system or program with a new easier-to-use system, saving time and money. Examples include decreasing or removing manual processes, standardizing or centralizing processes, replacing paper documents and processing with digital tools such as Adobe Sign, reducing process steps, eliminating duplication and decreasing completion time.
