April 12, 2022 - Have you or your team made a change that has made things easier for you or others in the campus community? Have you replaced an outdated system or program with a new easier to use system? If you have, you are making things more efficient, saving time and money! Shouldn’t you and your team be acknowledged for improving how we work at CSUCI? The Administrative Efficiencies Committee and Organizational Effectiveness (OE) office want your achievements to be known and celebrated!
Please submit any process improvements and efficiency savings your team has developed to the OE office by June 15.
Your improvements will be included in an annual report and entered into consideration for the 2022 Excellence in Efficiencies Award.
Examples of this work include:
- Saving money and time
- Decreasing and removing manual processes
- Standardizing and/or centralizing processes
- Reducing steps in a process to eliminate duplication and speed up completion
- Replacing paper documents and/or processes with digital tools (think Adobe Sign)
If you have details to share but are unsure of where to begin and how to convert them into measurable data, reach out – the OE office is here to help!
