April 26, 2024 - Research and Sponsored Programs is pleased to announce that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), via subaward from the Oxnard Harbor District, has awarded $20,000 to ESRM Professor Sean Anderson's project, “Ventura County California Community Air Quality Monitoring Network.”
This project will monitor air-borne particulate matter (PM) that sources from diesel trucks and wildfires. Alongside a community advisory commission, the project team will build a PM monitoring network, share data with the community, and publish in scientific literature.
