
Apr. 3, 2023- Inclusive Student Services is pleased to host a two-day wellness retreat on April 7 and 8 where participants will celebrate, educate, and validate the experiences of Womxn of Color. There will be opportunities to engage in wellness practices and explore your identities as Womxn of Color.
Participants will build community, explore identity, and take part in activities designed to support growth and engage in intercultural dialogue.
Day one will take place on Friday, April 7 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Broome Library 1360 and features identity and wellness workshops throughout the day. Day two will be a wellness retreat held on April 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Tierra Mia Plants & Co. in Thousand Oaks. Food will be provided on both days and transportation will be available for day two.
