In collaboration with Dolphin Radio, the First Gen Podcast series is funded through
the Channel Your Potential grant. The project aims to highlight topics and experiences targeted at first generation
professionals.
The series will be dedicated to demystifying the career preparation experience while
celebrating and sharing information about cultural capital used to navigate the workforce.
Podcast episodes will focus on all aspects of supporting first-generation students
during their undergraduate experience while preparing them for their career post-graduation.
