Request for Documents
You would like a copy of your documentation from DASS. This information will only be released to the student.
This could include (but is not limited to):
- Records you submitted to us
- A letter verifying you are registered with DASS
- A letter specifying the accommodations you receive through DASS.
Release of Information
You would like DASS Staff to communicate with a third party or provide information to a third party.
This could include (but is not limited to):
- Release to have a conversation with a licensed professional.
- Send records to a third party.
- A letter specifying the accommodations you receive through DASS.
- Provide verification of accommodations for standardized testing (GRE, LSAT, GMAT, etc.)
