Open Enrollment is an opportunity for you to review your current benefit plan elections to ensure they continue to meet your needs and those of your family. This year, the CSU Annual Open Enrollment period will take place from September 14, 2026 to October 9, 2026. The effective date for all changes that were made during the Open Enrollment period will be January 1, 2027.
Employees use CHRS Benefits Self-Service in myCI to make all open enrollment changes including new and re-enrollment in the Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Accounts. If you do not wish to make any changes to your current health, dental, vision, or voluntary benefit plans, no action is needed. Your current elections will automatically carry over into 2027.
Exception: If you wish to participate in the Health Care or Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, you must re-enroll each year, as these plans do not automatically renew.
