Flexible Benefit Plans
Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) (PDF, 3.23MB) A Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA), or flexible spending account is a way to pay health care expenses with pre-tax dollars. The HCRA is administered by ASIFlex, a third party administrator. The DCRA is administered by ASIFlex, a third party administrator. FlexCash (PDF, 3.29 MB) FlexCashis an optional benefit plan that allows you to waive medical and/or dental insurance coverage if you have other non-CSU coverage. This benefit provides a cash payment in lieu of your medical and/or dental insurance coverage.
