Progress toward your degree by using Student Success Tools. Student Success Tools are online resources that will allow you to review completed coursework, graduation requirements, generate a plan to complete your degree, and even help generate your schedule each semester. Graduation Application Priority Filing Deadlines

Apply for graduation for the term in which you will complete all degree requirements and coursework.

Seniors who apply to graduate by the filing deadlines below and have 18 units or less to complete their degree will receive enrollment priority for their final spring semester. See our Enrollment Appointment Distribution webpage for more information.

How to Apply for Graduation

The Application for Graduation is now available online through your myCI Student Center in CI Records. Once your application has been processed, the status in the top section of your CI Academic Requirements Report (CARR) will change from "Not Applied" to "Applied".

Information for Spring 2020 Graduation Applicants

Registrar's Office Evaluators will begin reviewing Spring 2020 graduation applicants during the week of June 15th. You will receive official communication regarding your degree to your myCI email address.

If you are missing documents (official transcripts from other institutions, approved course substitutions, etc.) you must submit this final and approved documentation to the Registrar's Office as soon as possible, but received no later than 08/07/2020 by 5:00pm.

Information for Summer 2020 Graduation Applicants

Registrar's Office Evaluators will begin reviewing Summer 2020 graduation applicants in early September. You will receive official communication regarding your degree to your myCI email address.

If you are missing documents (official transcripts from other institutions, approved course substitutions, etc.) you must submit this final and approved documentation to the Registrar's Office as soon as possible, but received no later than October 9, 2020 by 5:00pm.
