Fall 2025

Batch posting of eligible graduation applicants will take place Friday, January 9, 2026.

Registrar's Office evaluators will begin manually reviewing remaining Fall 2025 graduation applicants on Monday, January 12, 2026 with a goal of completing all initial reviews by Monday, February 9, 2026. You will receive official communication regarding your degree status to your myCI email address.

If you are missing documents (official transcripts from other institutions, approved course substitutions, etc.) you must submit final and approved documentation to the Registrar's Office as soon as possible, but no later than Monday, February 23, 2026.

Graduation Application Priority Filing Deadlines

Apply for graduation for the term in which you will complete all degree requirements and coursework.

Seniors who apply to graduate by the deadlines below, and have 18 units or less to complete their degree, will receive enrollment priority for their final, regular semester. Graduate (Master's) students who apply by these deadlines will also receive enrollment priority. Students may continue to submit their Graduation Application after the priority filing deadlines but will not be eligible for a priority enrollment appointment.

See our Enrollment Appointment Distribution webpage for more information.

Please Note: Students in the Credential program do not apply to graduate, as they are not obtaining a degree from the University, but rather a Credential from the State of California.
