If you have experienced sexual violence, dating violence, domestic violence or stalking, we encourage you to access information about your rights and options for assistance. It’s your right to decide who to tell. CSUCI has partnered with The Coalition for Family Harmony of Ventura County to establish a confidential emergency sexual assault and domestic violence hotline for CSUCI students and employees to anonymously access resources including crisis counseling, exploring legal options and safety planning. Call 805-656-4439 to speak with someone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please contact the Title IX Coordinator if you have any questions about school policies or complaint response procedures related to discrimination or harassment on the basis of gender or sexual orientation, including dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The policy prohibiting these behaviors and the procedures for addressing reports of discrimination or harassment against students, employees, or third parties in CSUCI programs or activities is the CSU Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Exploitation, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, and Retaliation (Non-Discrimination Policy), which is found at CSU Non-Discrimination Policy.
