Confidential Campus Advocate

A confidential Advocate is someone with training and expertise in supporting survivors of sexual assault, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. An Advocate can provide support, information about options, and assist survivors through the medical and legal processes following experiencing sexual or interpersonal violence. The Advocate provides information so that an individual can make informed decisions about what resources they would like to access. Such resources could include: reporting to the police or the University, accessing free psychological services, seeking a Domestic Violence Shelter, and accessing academic accommodations or safety measures like no-contact orders and room changes. Advocacy services are available to all CSUCI students, faculty, and staff members who have been impacted by sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking. Survivors are entirely in control of the Advocate’s level of involvement while seeking services. Please contact the Advocate on campus, or you can contact the agency of Coalition for Family Harmony directly, as well as contacting Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for confidential counseling:
