Who can submit a nomination?

Anyone in the Business and Financial Affairs (BFA) Division can nominate an employee, team or department. Anyone outside of the Division can nominate a BFA empolyee, team or BFA department for the Collaboration & Teamwork Award.

When are nominations due?

Nominations are due a minimum of two weeks prior to the Division's semi-annual meeting. Specific dates will be noted on this site. Refer to the timeline noted on the Nomination Process page.

How do I submit an online nomination?

To nominate a colleague for a division staff award right now, click the appropriate button on the Nomination Process page, answer the questions, submit your nomination and you're done!

How do I submit an offline nomination?

To submit a nomination offline, please email dbfa.recognition@csuci.edu to obtain the form. There are nomination forms available for those employees who may find it easier to fill out the form by hand.

How many nominations can I submit?

As many as you think meet the award criteria. There are no maximum limits set.

When are awards presented?

Awards will be presented at the semi-annual BFA Division meeting.
