    • How well does the program’s mission align with the institution’s mission and strategic goals?
    • Is the program’s purpose still relevant given changes in the field or student needs?
    • Does the curriculum align with current disciplinary standards and industry expectations?
    • Are courses sequenced effectively to support learning progression?
    • How well does the curriculum support achievement of the program’s learning outcomes?
    • Are students achieving the intended learning outcomes?
    • How are learning outcomes assessed, and what do the results show?
    • How are assessment results used to improve instruction or curriculum?
    • What are the enrollment trends over the past 5–10 years?
    • What are the demographics of the student population, and are there any disparities in success rates?
    • What are the program’s retention, graduation, and job placement rates?
    • What factors contribute to student success or attrition in the program?
    • Does the program have sufficient and appropriately qualified faculty?
    • Are there adequate facilities, technology, and support services?
    • What do alumni say about how well the program prepared them?
    • Are employers satisfied with the skills and knowledge of program graduates?
