In order to complete your secure sign out from myCI, you must close all browser windows, including those that access applications through myCI such as Dolphin Mail, CI Records and CI Learn.
This is required because when you sign in to myCI, you are also signing into all other applications that rely on myCI for single signon. As long as you remain signed in to one or more of myCI’s applications, you remain signed in to myCI.
If you do not close all browser windows after signing out from myCI, it is possible for another user to access your applications. In order to protect your information, please make sure you close all of your browser windows after signing out of myCI. Alternatively, if you do not want to close all of your browser windows, make sure that you use the sign out function of each application you visit, and not just myCI.
