Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning
Information Technology Services (ITS) maintains a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BCDR) Plan. The BCDR Plan details responses to anticipated catastrophic and localized disasters, as well as major service losses or disruptions.
ITS continuously reviews and updates the BCDR Plan, and collaborates with other parts of the University to ensure the adequacy and completeness of ITS’s disaster plan.

Failover has been established for key assets and all related authentication systems.
