PLACE:  California State University Channel Islands campus

WHAT:  Those who have been admitted for the fall 2008 semester at California State University Channel Islands, their families, and prospective University students are invited to attend “Discover CI,” the annual preview day for the campus. More than 2,000 are expected to attend this event. Activities during the event will include information sessions from student services and faculty representatives on topics such as admission processes, academic advising, student housing, financial aid, and all academic programs. Campus tours and a University Marketplace (showcasing various student clubs and organizations), campus service departments, and all of the academic majors will also be available. Participants also include current students, campus administrators and community service organizations.

PARKING:  Parking for the event is complimentary and available on campus; however, participants are encouraged to use the parking available at the Camarillo Metrolink Station. Complimentary transportation to and from the campus will be provided on the CSUCI VISTA bus.
