Camarillo, Calif., April 15, 2008—California State University Channel Islands Art Program will host an opening reception on Thursday, April 16 for “It’s Who You Know” the next student art exhibition to be displayed in the John Spoor Broome Library. The reception is open to the public and will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Library.

“It’s Who You Know” will continue through Sunday, May 18. The exhibition features selected student artworks including painting, sculpture, ceramics, and graphic and digital media. The diverse creativity and talent of the art students at CSUCI will be highlighted by this exhibition.

Limited parking is available on campus and is $6 for a daily permit. Free parking is available at the Camarillo Metrolink Station/Lewis Road parking lot in Camarillo with shuttle service to and from the campus until 10 p.m. Riders should board the CSUCI VISTA BUS. There will be way-finding signage on campus directing attendees to parking and the event.
