Sept. 15, 2021 - Help prevent trash and plastic pollution from reaching beaches and waterways throughout the state by joining CSUCI's Campus Cleanup event in El Dorado Park from 9 a.m. to Noon on Saturday, Sept. 25. As part of the international and statewide Coastal Cleanup Event, CSUCI invites students, employees, and guests to participate in this community cleanup, an important action to protect wildlife, waterways, and sensitive habitats from pollution.
There will be free swag, snacks, and prizes for participants!
This is a Face Mask Required event. We also encourage attendees to wear close-toed shoes and sunscreen. To help make this a zero-waste event, please bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
This event is brought to you by ASI Student Government, CI's Green Generation Club, CI Student Organizations and Involvement, and the CSUCI Sustainability Department. Please be sure to Pre-Register to attend.
