Update Tuesday, January 11, 2005, 9:30am:

According to Public Safety, the plan is to open Lewis Road in both directions as of 12:00 noon today.

Here is the previous report sent earlier today:

CSUCI remains open.  All travelers to the campus are urged to continue using extreme caution as several of the roads surrounding the campus remain impacted and closed. At this time, Lewis Road remains officially closed. However, it may be accessed for University traffic. While the barricades will be posted at Cawelti, new signs are being added to allow students and others with business on the campus to enter. It is important to note that vehicles are not allowed on Lewis Road between University Drive (at the entrance) and Potrero Road.

New updates will be provided as new official public safety information becomes available.

Student Registration: If you have any questions, please contact the Advising office at 437-8571. We look forward to seeing you on campus.
