Oct. 16, 2017 - As a continuously improving organization, the Division of Business & Financial Affairs (BFA) invites CSUCI faculty and staff to participate in its 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey. BFA uses the responses received to measure satisfaction with its services and to identify areas for improvement and efficiencies to better serve the campus.
