March 15, 2022 - CSUCI's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Director, Kirsten Olson, Ph.D., in collaboration with Psychology student researchers, have been conducting workshops over Zoom surrounding Wellness Skills aimed towards CSUCI students! This study involves measuring the impact of peer-facilitated workshops involving self-care.
Students interested in participating should register online; the deadline to participate is March 24! You'll need to take the pre-survey at the start of the workshop and take a post-survey two weeks after the workshop. Those who participate will receive a self-care goodie bag that can be picked up at the CAPS office on campus.
