March 5, 2018 - The Channel Islands Boating Center is excited to announce that our 2018 Youth Watersports Summer Camp registration will open on March 5 at 9:00 a.m.
In addition to our mission of promoting safe boating education, we will continue to build upon our curriculum of providing marine education that is specific to the Channel Islands area.
Below highlights a few key components of camp:
Age requirements
- Kayaking: 9-13 years old
- Sailing: 9-15 years old
- Stand-up paddle boarding/windsurfing: 12-15 years old
- Kayaking/stand-up paddle boarding: 12-15 years old
Cost of camp
- $200.00 for one week session program: kayaking
- $400.00 for two week session programs: sailing, windsurfing/stand up paddle boarding, kayaking/stand up paddle boarding
- Scholarships are available, link to apply will be located within registration form and we offer a 20 % discount for campers of CSUCI community.
Sessions are offered from June 18 to August 3, Monday- Friday (No camp Fourth of July week).
