April 23, 2019 - The CSU Channel Islands Police Department is excited to announce the implementation of Citizen RIMS, an interactive online tool powered by crimegraphics.com that integrates with our Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS). Citizen RIMS allows the public to view near real-time mapped incidents and more. Police incidents can be selected by date range and incident type and viewed in pin and heat map formats.
The public can view the Daily Crime/Fire Log and a weekly Media Bulletin providing incident summaries. Users can also subscribe to receive daily or weekly email alerts.
Additionally, University Glen residents will be able to submit requests for vacation home checks of their properties for trips exceeding three consecutive days.
