CSUCI Dolphin FountainJuly 20, 2018 - The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) office at CSUCI wants to provide a safe work environment while also making sure you are safe and well while at work so you can achieve success.

This summer focuses on helping ensure you maintain a strong mind and body by practicing healthy habits. Nutrition, exercise and mental health are all important factors in cultivating a healthy lifestyle, so make sure you get outdoors, make healthy choices and take time for self-care.

Healthy nutrition, consistent exercise and mental health awareness can also help combat the ever-present silent adversary: STRESS. Seven out of ten adults in the United States report feeling some type of stress on a daily basis. Despite experiencing different stressors and thresholds for managing them, stress can be hard to stop once it starts. Finding a consistent way to relieve your stress is key to keeping it at a manageable level or decrease it altogether.
