Oct. 25, 2017 - The Center for Community Engagement’s CI Corps members are collecting donations of new and gently used clothing and shoes, now through Nov.24, for the 3rd annual Holiday Street Store on Saturday, Dec. 2 in downtown Oxnard.
The Street Store is a pop-up store for those in need to freely shop for basic items, whether it's a warm coat for winter or a new pair of shoes. Items are organized as they would be in a typical store with clothing on hangers and folded on shelves, arranged by size. Shoppers will be able to have the assistance of “sales persons” and experience shopping in a dignified and compassionate environment, all free of charge.

All clothing and shoe donations can be dropped off in Ojai Hall lobby between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday until Nov. 24.
