June 9, 2023 - A Common Human Resources System (CHRS) for all 23 California State University campuses and the Chancellor’s Office is scheduled to launch at CSUCI in November.
CSUCI will be one of the earliest campuses to transition to the data management system along with Maritime, Stanislaus and Fullerton.
Employees will receive training on the system before it goes live. They also will be invited to attend information sessions and system walk-throughs and access new tools and resources prior to the launch.
Project team members in Human Resources, Faculty Affairs, Budget and Information Technology Services and key stakeholders on campus have been collaborating since June 2021 on system setup to deliver enhanced self-service and paperless and streamlined processes. It will include an upgrade to the latest version of Peoplesoft, provide standardized reporting and analytics, and prepare campuses for future cloud and mobile technology.
