Latinx support groupMarch 28, 2018 - What does it mean to be a Latinx student at CI? College life can be exciting, difficult and scary at the same time. Juggling real life issues while staying school-focused can feel overwhelming.  Join us to talk about family, aspirations, relationships, and daily challenges in a nurturing and encouraging environment.

By nature,  human beings are social and talking in a group can provide you with learning opportunities not achievable in individual treatment.  Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) is pleased to share opportunities for you to get together with your peers to talk in confidence about the life experiences you are having and how to help yourself overcome challenges.

Beginning April 6, the Latinx support group will meet Fridays from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Bell Tower East 1867.  The sessions will be facilitated by Norma Lopez Magaña, LCSW.
