April 15, 2019 - The 2019 Lavender Stoling Celebration will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15 in the Petit Salon.
This annual ceremony is conducted on numerous campuses to honor lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, ally, and other students and to acknowledge their achievements and contributions to the University. CSUCI's version of this national tradition provides graduating seniors with an opportunity to recognize the individual(s) who supported them throughout their academic and personal journey. Students may invite as many guests as they'd like but only two individuals may be recognized with the graduate.
Students who are interested should RSVP by May 3 at 5:30 p.m. There is a $25 charge to participate, which covers the cost of the stole. Payment must be made in cash to a professional staff member at the Multicultural Dream Center by May 3 at 5 p.m.
