July 3, 2023 — A variety of free on-demand and in-person Employee Learning and Development opportunities are available in July.

CSUCI Human Resources will present "Successful Performance Reviews — Understanding the Process: Tips and Tools for Supervisors" for Management Personnel Plan (MPP) employees in person. Two sessions are available.

“CSUs Got Talent,” live webcasts organized by the Chancellor’s Office, will feature "Know No Limits: Achieving Successful Change Inevitably Means Overcoming Obstacles” with Oz Sanchez, a San Diego State Graduate and three-time Paralympian, on July 25.

CSU Learn is presenting new Online Learning Journeys. Journeys are designed to help employees progress in their careers and learn marketable skills. Each Journey delivers a comprehensive curriculum with hands-on practice and assessments that enable participants to work toward a credential. Journeys are delivered in one or more tracks, each aligned to the next step in your career.

Employees should alert their supervisors if they plan to attend Learning and Development courses.
