March 24, 2023 — The Writing and Multiliteracy Center is hosting an Open Mic Night with the theme of “World Perspectives” on Wednesday, April 5, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Student Union Lighthouse Cafe.

People can present original work or that of an admired author or artist or just enjoy the performances. All genres and means of expression are welcome, including poetry, prose, creative nonfiction, fiction and music. The family-friendly event will free food and a raffle.
